KNOWING OUR RESIDENTS

It’s that time of year again that the bi-annual rent statements are on their way to all of our residents.

We have enclosed a pre-filled census form this time so that you can let us know if the details that we hold about you are still correct, or if we need to alter our records.

The association is asking a number of questions ranging from:-
• your age and gender
• the make-up of your household
• sexuality & faith
• your preferred methods of contact
• if you have a bank account

This information will help us to improve our services to you, for example, contacting by e-mail or in large print rather than by letter and so that we can provide suitable ways for you to pay your rent. Also to ensure that there is no discrimination.

A pre-paid envelope is included for you to return the completed form to LYHA. As an additional incentive, if we receive your completed form back before the end of 2010, you will automatically be entered into a prize draw to receive up to £50 Marks & Spencers vouchers.
