INVESTMENT FOR 2010

Over the next twelve months LYHA will roll out the next phase of its improvement plan. With a budget of over £750,000 will see improvements made to many of our properties.

2010 will see the external doors at Tower Squares replaced, the central heating upgraded at Brownberrie Walk. For Full details of our planned & cyclical works for 2010, click here.

With the TV digital switchover set for 2011, the communal aerials in many of our Leeds properties will be upgraded during 2010 ready for 2011.
