Collected on the 1st or 20th of every month. Paying by direct debit is the easiest, most efficient option for you to choose. Your rent is taken from your bank account automatically, and if your rent goes up or down, we will alter the direct debit amount for you. If you would like to pay your rent in this way you can download a direct debit form from this website.
Using this method ensures that your rent is automatically sent from your bank account to LYHA. You can arrange for the standing order to come out weekly or monthly on dates chosen by you. You can arrange this by contacting your bank via the telephone or internet or you can download a standing order form from our website. Alternatively you can contact a member of the customer services team who will be happy to forward a standing order mandate to your home address. If your rent amount changes, you must notify your bank so that the correct payment can be made.
If you are registered with your bank for either of these, you can make a payment in this way at your convenience 24 hours a day. You will need to set up Leeds and Yorkshire Housing Association as a bill payee and quote your tenant reference number. If you require assistance, please contact your bank who will be happy to help you with this process. Our bankers are Nat West. Our bank account number is 00503118 and the sort code is 56-00-54.
