Leeds and Yorkshire Housing Association (LYHA) is a dynamic, forward-thinking housing association, managing almost 1,600 homes across Yorkshire, including Leeds, Whitby, Barnsley and Mirfield.

We provide homes for single people, couples and families, ranging from period properties to new builds and from studio apartments to four bedroom houses.

Customers are at the heart of everything we do and we are committed to working with customers to ensure we deliver the best possible service we can.  We are also committed to doing our bit to tackle the housing crisis. In 2019/20 we built 72 new homes, bringing our total of new homes built in the last 3 years to 204 - all for affordable rent and shared ownership.
