Our Board Members
Our Board is a group of eleven individuals to whom we are accountable. Between them they have a broad range of skills and experience, which enables them to comprehensively consider the decisions we take.
You can read about our current Board members below and view their Declarations of Interest. Our governance policies for the recruitment, retention and development of these members ensure we comply with Homes & Communities Agency (HCA) regulation.
In addition to our main board, we have three sub-committees: Our Audit and Risk Committee, Our Remuneration and Nominations Committee and our Customer Experience Committee, which all play a key part in our governance here at LYHA.
