We recognise that this is a very concerning time for individuals and families with regards to the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and its impact on our daily lives. We strongly encourage all our customers to follow the latest government guidance to stay at home (wherever possible) and follow the latest NHS health advice which is continually updated here.
Our focus, as always, is on maintaining customer safety and providing high quality services, but in the short term we have had to change the way we deliver services in order to respond to government guidance. Our offices are now closed to customers and we are only carrying out emergency repairs. On 18th March we also sent out this letter to all customers outlining the changes to our service provision at the current time. There may be further changes subject to new government guidance and we will keep you informed accordingly.
We hope you understand the reasons behind these changes – our customers’ and colleagues’ health must come first – but we are confident that we can continue to deliver the same level of service, just a little differently. We will use this page to keep you updated about changes to our service
