We are keen to work with groups of customers to make improvements to their neighbourhood.

Groups may have a formal structure, like a tenants and residents association, or be more informal and work on a particular project, with the aim of making the neighbourhood a better place to live in.

A good example of this was our Elmetes Customer Steering Group which played a central role in developing the extensive improvement programme which took place on the Elemetes estate in Roundhay over the last couple of years..
