Paying your rent online means you can pay at a time that suits you, from wherever you want! You can access our secure site on your mobile, tablet, laptop or desktop computer, 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Setting up an account is hassle free. See below for the steps on how to do this:

1. Make a myLYHA account. You can do this by clicking here. All you'll need is your surname, date of birth, an email address and your tenancy reference number (found on any rent statement. If you do not know your tenancy reference number, click here to request it.
2. Once you have made an account, you will receive an email. You will need to click the link in the email to validate your account.
3. Once you've done this, you will be ready to pay your rent online. Simply log in to myLYHA and pay using your credit or debit card.
