In 2019/20 we built 72 new homes: 55 in Barnsley, 14 in Morley and 4 in Horsforth (Leeds).
Building new developments not only creates much needed affordable housing, but also improves the performance of our business by generating extra money to reinvest in the repairs and maintenance of our existing homes.
Over the next five years we plan to build 200-250 new homes.
Our two latest developments are at Catherine's Walk, Barnsley and The Hawthorns in Leeds.
