- Is displaying COVID symptoms
- Has tested positive for COVID on either a PCR or lateral flow test
- Is awaiting test results
- Is self-isolating

New Repairs Handbook

We are actively working to improve our repairs service to customers.
As part of this drive we have developed a new Repairs Handbook which sets out how to report a repair and the timescales and service commitments that you can expect from the LYHA team and contractors working on our behalf.

We are recruiting for two exciting Apprentice roles in our Neighbourhoods and Property Services teams.

Our new Sustainability Report

Reconnecting with Customers

We are contacting all LYHA customers over the next 2 months to reconnect following the end of lockdown.  The Covid-19 pandemic has had such a massive impact on everyone. We want to stay in touch, check on wellbeing and update some details so we can provide the best possible service in the future. 

All households we speak to will be entered into a Christmas prize draw.

Leeds & Yorkshire Housing Association (LYHA) is delighted to appoint two new board members, Jeremy Earnshaw and Haroon Rashid, who both bring a wealth of experience and skills, particularly in the fields of audit and finance.
