Customers Undertake Community Safety Review

Following the successful ‘Journey of the Call’ review, our Scrutiny Panel have undertaken their second review of 2017, which was all about community safety and anti-social behavior (ASB). Three customers took an in-depth look at our policies and processes and met with staff who manage ASB at Leeds and Yorkshire Housing Association.
 
A huge THANK YOU to all customers who took part in this review and gave up their valuable time.  The group will meet again in a few weeks to review their findings and come up with some SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time-bound) actions to improve how we handle ASB and create a better service for our customers.
