We are sending out communication to all our customers this week about exciting news for the future of LYHA.

You may remember that we wrote to you a few months ago asking your views on a proposal to join with York Housing Association, a subsidiary of Karbon Homes Group, to form a combined 3,000-home Yorkshire-based housing provider.

Thank you to everyone who shared their views: we were very pleased to see that that the majority of customers were in favour. Based on this feedback and the many benefits we feel this partnership will bring, our boards have now voted in favour of the proposal. We aim to bring the two organisations together by December.

As part of this exciting new venture we have gathered feedback and opinions from customers and colleagues about what they wanted the new organisation to stand for, its personality and values and we have used this insight to develop a new brand. Please click on the video below to find our more.
