We are delighted to have been awarded the Investors in People (IIP) Silver Award.  The accreditation recognises the considerable progress we've made over the last two years in improving our service to customers and transforming our working culture. Amongst the comments in the assessor’s report were:

• ‘LYHA’s ambition and social purpose inspire and motivate people to want to do their best work’
• ‘You care about your people and are ambitious to do even more for them’
