LYHA appoints new fire safety equipment contractor

LYHA has appointed DFP Services as our new fire safety equipment contractor to maintain and repair the fire alarms, emergency lighting, smoke vents and fire extinguishers (where fitted) at your scheme.

DFP will carry out planned maintenance checks over and above those carried out by our own LYHA block inspectors and will also come out to check and reset systems in the case of a false activation.

You do not need to do anything. Stickers with DFP’s contact details will be displayed on all fire alarm panels from 1st February when their contract begins.  You should only need to get in touch with DFP if the fire alarm has been falsely activated outside of normal office hours (if it happens within office hours please contact LYHA on 0113 278 3335).
