Following the government’s announcement today that routine repairs can recommence (see Letter from the Minister of State for Housing), we will now be moving towards reinstating our routine repairs service.
We have continued to undertake essential works during the lockdown and have maintained a log of any routine repairs that have been reported during this period. We will be contacting all customers with outstanding routine repairs in due course to arrange how we can safely carry out these works. However, your health remains our top priority so we need to carefully consider how we do this. Please let us know if you are self-isoloating or feeling unwell prior to any appointment.
Any customers wishing to report new repairs should do so in the normal manner by calling 0113 278 3335 or email: email@example.com. However, please bear in mind that we will need to tackle the backlog first, so repair times may be slightly longer than normal.
