Leeds & Yorkshire Housing Association has now joined with York Housing Association to become 54North Homes (as of 16 December 2022).

You will start to see our new logo and branding cropping up on correspondence from us, on our team’s uniforms, vans etc. We will also be developing a brand-new website too, but for the time being please continue to use this website and portal.

How you report repairs and get in contact with us will remain the same, and current LYHA team members will carry on working for the new organisation. How you pay your rent may change (although our bank details will not) and we will write to any affected customers shortly. Please be extra vigilant during this time of change – if a member of our team calls at your home, they will always carry personal identification with them.

You will hear more from us about 54North Homes early in the new year. In the meantime, I would like to say how excited we are about the future and feel confident that joining with York Housing Association will enable us to offer more to you, our customers.
