We're looking for an Neighbourhood Officer to join our team - an experienced, proactive housing professional who has a passion for improving customer experience and who can build and maintain positive relationships with customers, colleagues and partners.
The successful candidate will:
- Have current experience and knowledge of Neighbourhood/Housing Management and a positive, flexible and proactive approach
- Have detailed knowledge of anti-social behavior case management principles and be able to provide advice to customers and colleagues
- Be a ‘People Person’ – friendly, down to earth and patient, with excellent communication skills
- Be well organised – this is a busy role providing a crucial service to our customers, competing priorities will be the norm
You will also need to hold a full driving licence as you will be required to travel to various sites around Leeds and surrounding areas in your own vehicle.
