All through October we are running a competition to encourage customers to use our online myLYHA portal to ensure that the data that we hold about you is accurate and up to date. This data helps us to continue to improve our current services and identify new ones based on a clear understanding of the current and future needs of our diverse customer base.
There are three fantastic prizes:

- Fitbit Versa 2 Smart Watch
- Amazon Echo (4th Gen) with Alexa
All you have to do to be in with a chance of winning one of these prizes is:
A) If you already have a myLYHA account – Log into your account and fully complete all sections on the ‘About Me’ page. Where a section is not applicable to you, please select the ‘Prefer not to say’ option.
B) If you do not have a myLYHA account, you must 'Register for an account' and fully complete all the sections on the ‘About Me’ page. Where a section is not applicable to you, please select the ‘Prefer not to say’ option.
To register for a myLYHA account, you must have your unique Tenancy Reference Number. In case you no longer have this number to hand, you will receive a SMS shortly with your Tenancy Reference number included. Please click here for further help in setting up your account.
You must also ensure that your rent account is clear, in credit or no more than 1 month in arrears by 31st October 2021.
