Worried about debt?

If you are experiencing money struggles, please don't suffer in silence and let your rent payments lapse.

You can contact one of our Income Officers, Katy Horrigan and Chris Radcliffe, on 0113 278 3335. They will be able to answer your questions and signpost you to sources of support.

Remember your rent is due on the 1st of the month. The easiest and most secure way to pay your rent is direct debit. You can set up a direct debit to make payments weekly, fortnightly, every four weeks, or monthly. The majority of our customers pay by direct debit. If you'd like to set up a direct debit to pay your rent, click here to complete a direct debit mandate form.

We also offer a number of other ways top pay your rent:

  •  Pay via this website using your debit card. If you don't already have an LYHA account set up you can set one up here. You will just need an email address and your tenancy reference number (which appears on your rent statement).

  • Pay via online banking. You just need to set up LYHA as a payee. Please contact us to request our bank details

  • Pay using a Post Office payment card (GIRO). Simply take the card with you to your local Post Office and pay with either cash or debit card. Make sure you get a receipt; it can take up to seven days for the rent to be credited to your account. Please contact us if you would like to request a GIRO card to be sent out to you.
