In 2019 we launched a new Community Investment Strategy, focused on making a positive impact within the communities we serve.

As a social landlord, we want to do more than provide housing, we want to "make a positive impact locally" by engaging with our customers to find out how we can improve their neighbourhoods; then investing time and money in projects that will improve either the physical environment and/or create opportunities for people to come together.

We've got some exciting projects in the pipeline and will share details of these projects on this website.
