Philip Johnson

Philip has over 25 years’ experience working in public sector housing. He is a Chartered Building Surveyor and completed his engineering degree at Brunel University. Philip has extensive experience of asset management, interim management, repairs and maintenance, service reviews and improvements, stock condition surveys, investment programmes and IT databases. Philip has provided strategic advice to regulators, registered providers, local authorities, professional bodies and financial institutions on a range of asset management issues. He is a skilled project manager, experienced trainer and has worked extensively with tenants, staff, Boards and council members. Philip runs his own asset management consultancy practice. He is a member of our Audit and Risk Committee.  Appointed September 2014
