Helping our customers to thrive in their homes and communities is really important to LYHA but we recognise that some of our customers struggle financially on a day to day basis and have limited reserves to fall back on when the unexpected occurs. By providing a small amount of support to customers who are suffering financial hardship we can make a big difference.
We are therefore in the process of setting up a Support Fund to help customers who are struggling financially. We will be releasing further details about this in the coming weeks. Please check back here or look out for posts on our social media channels for further details.
